Automated actions


There are multiple ways to set up various actions, how tasks are processed. They are available under settings - task types - automated actions.

Update unfinished tasks at midnight

You can move unfinished tasks to next day automatically and choose, do they stay to same driver or come unassigned.

Send PDF when task is competed

  • send e-mail to customer: if task has real customer, who has e-mail field, task is sent automatically to customer once completed
